Youth Safety & Account Separation
OneLinkUS separates Youth and Adult experiences so age-restricted features, commerce, social interaction, advertising, and data use can be controlled appropriately.
Under 13
Ordinary under-13 self-registration is not opened. If OneLinkUS later provides personalized under-13 services, required parental notice and verifiable parental consent must be completed before personal information is collected for those features, except for limited collection specifically permitted by law.
Youth and Adult separation
Youth accounts do not receive adult dating, explicit sexual content, adult-only advertising, direct youth payout accounts, or other age-restricted features. Adult-only features use a separate verified-access status when age verification is legally or operationally required.
Purchases
A Youth account cannot bypass guardian or authorized-adult purchase controls. A request may be created by a Youth user, but the payment step must be completed through the approved Adult or guardian flow where required.
Safety and moderation
OneLinkUS may restrict direct contact, live features, discovery, posting, location exposure, gifting, or monetization for Youth users based on age and safety needs. Reports involving exploitation, grooming, threats, or sexual content involving minors receive heightened review and may be preserved or reported when legally required.
Privacy
Youth information is minimized, protected from adult-feature use, and not used for targeted adult advertising. Parent or guardian access and consent controls will be provided when required by law or by the product design.
Effective September 17, 2026. Applicable law and non-waivable consumer rights control if they require a different result.
