Privacy Policy

Information we collect

We may collect account and contact information, profile information, age-classification and guardian-link information, user posts and uploads, game and learning progress, accessibility preferences, support messages, device and security logs, and order or transaction records needed to provide the service.

When an age-restricted feature requires stronger verification, OneLinkUS records the access or verification result needed to enforce that feature. A separate verification provider may process identity evidence when that feature is connected; OneLinkUS does not treat a birthday field by itself as verified identity.

Payments

Payment-card information is processed by Stripe or another displayed payment provider. The OneLinkUS application stores the transaction identifiers, payment status, amounts, order and billing/shipping details needed to operate and support the purchase; it does not store a customer's full card number or card security code in the OneLinkUS application database. Do not send payment-card details through email, chat, posts, or support messages.

How information is used

Information may be used to create and secure accounts, provide requested features, fulfill orders, process memberships, preserve progress, provide customer support, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce safety rules, improve accessibility and reliability, comply with legal obligations, and communicate about a transaction or account.

OneLinkUS does not use a person's disability, youth status, school information, or private account data to target them with exploitative advertising or to infer sensitive traits for unrelated purposes.

Service providers and disclosures

Information may be shared with vendors that perform necessary services for OneLinkUS, such as hosting, database services, authentication, email delivery, payments, fulfillment, analytics, safety, and customer support. These providers receive only the information reasonably needed for their function and are expected to protect it under their own legal and contractual obligations.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or the public, to investigate fraud or security incidents, or as part of a business transaction where legally permitted and appropriate safeguards apply.

Youth and children

Youth and Adult experiences are separated. Ordinary self-registration for children under 13 is not opened. If OneLinkUS later offers personalized features to children under 13, required parental notice and verifiable parental consent must be in place before collecting personal information for those features, except where an applicable legal exception permits limited collection.

Youth information is not used to open adult-only features, direct youth payout accounts, adult dating features, or adult-only advertising.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising technology

OneLinkUS uses browser storage and essential session technology for authentication, guest state, security, accessibility preferences, cart state and other requested functionality. Analytics or advertising features are not a substitute for required notice or consent; where a nonessential technology requires a choice or opt-out, the applicable control must be presented before that use is enabled.

Advertising or tracking technology must not be enabled in a way that targets children or bypasses Youth protections.

AI requests, uploads, and Learn history

When a signed-in user sends a question to One Link AI, the question, generated answer, mode/page reference, and available source links may be saved to that user's private AI history. The original image or PDF bytes sent with a general AI request are passed to the configured AI provider for that request and are not written into the OneLinkUS AI-history row.

Learn AI accepts supported images, PDFs, text files, audio, and video for the current tutoring request. Audio or video may be transcribed and a video frame may be used for visual help. The original attachment bytes are not saved to Learn history; Learn history stores the resulting private explanation, answer, reasoning/support note, study note, age band, course type, and the kind of source used.

Do not upload material you do not have permission to share. AI requests are also subject to the privacy and processing terms of the configured AI service provider.

Retention and account deletion

Personal information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the service, security, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and legitimate business records. A user who completes the OneLinkUS account-deletion process has account-linked personal, social, game, learning, and profile records deleted or anonymized as designed, while completed transaction records may be retained in minimized form when necessary for tax, accounting, fraud, chargeback, or legal obligations.

If a deleted user later registers again with the same email address, the new registration is treated as a new account and does not automatically restore the deleted profile.

Security

OneLinkUS uses authentication, access controls, row-level database security, encrypted transport, and other technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Security incidents are handled under applicable notice and response requirements.

Your choices and contact

Users can update available account information, use available privacy and accessibility controls, request account deletion, and contact OneLinkUS Support with privacy questions. Where a law grants additional access, correction, deletion, portability, or opt-out rights, OneLinkUS will honor verified requests as required.

Privacy questions and requests can be submitted through the OneLinkUS Support page or directly by email to owner@onelinkus.com. Do not include passwords, recovery codes, API secrets, or full payment-card numbers in a privacy request.
