Accounts and eligibility

Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and use only accounts you are authorized to use. Youth and Adult account experiences remain separated. Age-restricted features require the applicable verification before access is granted.

Acceptable use

Do not use OneLinkUS for fraud, scams, unlawful activity, threats, harassment, sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, nonconsensual intimate content, illegal weapons or drugs, malicious software, unauthorized surveillance, impersonation, intellectual-property infringement, payment abuse, or attempts to bypass safety, age, access, or account controls.

OneLinkUS may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or preserve information for investigation when reasonably necessary to enforce these rules, protect users, or comply with law.

User content

You retain ownership of content you create and upload. You grant OneLinkUS a nonexclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, resize, transcode, moderate, and otherwise process that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the features you chose. This license ends when the content is deleted except for lawful backups, records, or content already shared by others where deletion cannot reasonably remove every copy.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for content you upload.

AI, learning, health, finance, and information

AI-generated and automated information may be incomplete or incorrect and should be checked before important decisions. OneLinkUS educational, health, financial, legal, investment, safety, or other informational features do not replace a qualified professional when professional advice is needed.

Simulated banking, game money, game credit, rewards, rankings, virtual property, and educational loans are not real bank accounts, securities, legal tender, gambling winnings, or promises of financial return unless a separate regulated service expressly states otherwise.

Commerce

Prices, taxes, shipping charges, product availability, fulfillment estimates, and return eligibility are shown before or during checkout. An order is not final until payment is accepted and the order is confirmed. OneLinkUS may cancel and refund an order when inventory, pricing, fraud screening, legal restrictions, or fulfillment problems prevent completion.

Additional terms on a product page, checkout page, Shipping Policy, Returns Policy, or Subscription and Billing Policy are incorporated into these Terms for the applicable transaction.

Third-party services

OneLinkUS may link to or integrate third-party services such as payment processors, fulfillment providers, social platforms, streaming services, stores, or outside websites. Their own terms and privacy practices apply when you use them. OneLinkUS does not control an independent third party merely by linking to it.

Intellectual property

OneLinkUS software, original branding, original game designs, site content, and other company-created materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of OneLinkUS intellectual property to users.

Availability and changes

Features may be added, changed, paused, limited, or discontinued for safety, legal, technical, business, or operational reasons. Planned features, roadmaps, prototypes, and previews are not guarantees that a feature will launch or remain available.

Disclaimers and legal rights

OneLinkUS is provided subject to applicable law and the specific promises made at purchase. To the fullest extent permitted by law, no additional warranty is created merely by describing a planned feature, estimate, simulation, recommendation, or third-party service. Nothing in these Terms waives consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
