Subscriptions & Billing Policy
This policy applies when OneLinkUS offers a paid membership or other recurring service.
Clear recurring terms
Before a recurring purchase is completed, OneLinkUS will clearly present the price, billing interval, included benefits, any trial or promotional period, whether the subscription renews automatically, and how to cancel.
Renewal and cancellation
A recurring membership continues for the disclosed billing interval until canceled. A person who accepts a recurring service online must be given an online cancellation method that is reasonably comparable to the signup method. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and normally remains effective through the end of the already-paid billing period unless the offer states otherwise or law requires a different result.
Where applicable law requires a renewal reminder or additional notice, OneLinkUS will provide it within the required timeframe.
Price changes
OneLinkUS will provide advance notice of a material recurring-price increase before the higher amount is charged when required by law or the terms of the offer. A customer may cancel before the new price takes effect.
Refunds and billing errors
Recurring charges already earned for a completed billing period are generally non-refundable unless required by law, the charge was unauthorized or erroneous, or OneLinkUS approves an exception. Report suspected duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorized charges promptly through Support.
Youth accounts
Youth accounts do not independently enter adult paid recurring memberships. Purchases requiring an adult or guardian must follow the applicable OneLinkUS family-purchasing and authorization flow.
Effective September 17, 2026. Applicable law and non-waivable consumer rights control if they require a different result.
