Returns, Refunds & Trade-in Policy

Standard physical-item returns

Unless a product page states a different lawful policy, eligible standard physical products may be requested for return within 30 days after delivery. The item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with the original packaging and included accessories when reasonably applicable.

Proof of purchase or sufficient order information is required. Do not ship a return until OneLinkUS provides return instructions.

Made-to-order, personalized, hygiene-sensitive, and final-sale products

Products made or personalized specifically for an order, products that cannot reasonably be resold for health or safety reasons, and items clearly identified as final sale may be non-returnable for change of mind. This does not remove rights for products that arrive damaged, materially defective, incorrect, or otherwise covered by applicable law.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items

Contact OneLinkUS Support promptly with the order number and reasonable evidence of the problem. Depending on the circumstances, OneLinkUS may provide replacement, repair, reshipment, refund, or another lawful remedy.

Digital products and access

Digital products, downloadable files, credits that have been consumed, and digital content already accessed are generally non-refundable after delivery or access unless required by law, the product was not delivered as described, or OneLinkUS approves an exception.

Refund method and timing

For an eligible refund, OneLinkUS may offer a choice between a refund to the original payment method and immediate OneLinkUS store credit. When the customer chooses store credit, the eligible refundable value is added to the OneLinkUS wallet for eligible OneLinkUS purchases and is not withdrawable cash. Choosing store credit replaces the original-payment refund for that same refundable amount and does not limit any non-waivable consumer right.

When the original payment has not yet been captured and the payment provider allows it, OneLinkUS will attempt to cancel or reverse the authorization rather than settle the purchase and issue a later refund. This can allow a pending purchase to disappear or the reserved funds to become available sooner. If the payment has already been captured, OneLinkUS submits the refund promptly through the payment provider. In either case, the payment provider, card network, bank, or other financial institution controls when the funds become available. Shipping charges are not ordinarily refundable for a discretionary return, but amounts required to be refunded because an order was not shipped or because OneLinkUS made a fulfillment error will be handled as required by law.

Trade-ins

A trade-in is not accepted merely because an item is mailed to OneLinkUS. The item, condition, value, destination, and credit or upgrade terms must be approved in writing before shipment. OneLinkUS may reject items that differ materially from the condition represented, subject to any rights stated in the written trade-in offer.

How to request help

Use OneLinkUS Support before returning an item. Include the order number and the reason for the request, but do not send full payment-card details or passwords.
