Copyright, Trademark & DMCA
OneLinkUS respects intellectual-property rights and expects users, schools, sellers, and creators to upload or publish only material they created, licensed, were authorized to use, or otherwise have a lawful right to use.
User responsibility
Do not upload pirated books, movies, music, paid test banks, answer keys, software, game assets, logos, brand artwork, photographs, videos, or other protected material without the necessary rights. Descriptive reference to a school, company, product, or organization does not automatically authorize use of its logo or copyrighted artwork.
Copyright reports
Copyright owners or authorized agents may report claimed infringement through OneLinkUS Support. A valid notice should identify the copyrighted work, identify the material claimed to infringe and where it appears, provide contact information, include the required good-faith and accuracy statements, and include the sender's physical or electronic signature.
Removal, counter-notice, and repeat infringement
OneLinkUS may remove or disable access to material when a valid infringement notice or other reliable evidence of infringement is received. Where the statutory counter-notice process applies, OneLinkUS may process a proper counter-notice and restore material according to the legally required timing if the complaining party does not provide notice of a filed court action.
Accounts that repeatedly infringe intellectual-property rights may be restricted or terminated in appropriate circumstances.
DMCA designated agent
To rely on the federal DMCA service-provider safe-harbor process for eligible user-hosted content, OneLinkUS must register and maintain a designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office and publish the agent's required contact information. Copyright reports may be submitted through Support while that administrative setup is completed, but this page does not falsely represent that federal designation as completed before it is actually registered.
Trademark and impersonation
Trademark, counterfeit, passing-off, or brand-impersonation reports may also be submitted through Support. OneLinkUS may request evidence of ownership or authorization before taking action.
Launch action: complete and publish the U.S. Copyright Office DMCA designated-agent registration before relying on DMCA safe-harbor protection for user-hosted content.
Effective September 17, 2026. Applicable law and non-waivable consumer rights control if they require a different result.
