Delete your OneLinkUS account

OneLinkUS is operated by GHOST OMNI DIVINE IS GOD LLC. You can start account deletion on the website or from the OneLinkUS app.

1. Open your account and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Find Delete my account in the account controls.
3. Review what will be deleted and any account-specific requirements shown.
4. Enter your current password, type DELETE, and select Permanently delete my account.

What is removed

The deletion flow removes account-linked profile information, game and learning progress, social posts and messages, AI history, uploaded profile and post media, accessibility preferences, and other associated personal data covered by the account controls.

Records that may remain

Completed transaction records may be retained in minimized form for accounting, taxes, fraud or dispute handling, or other legal obligations. The account deletion flow removes the account link, email, and stored shipping and tracking details from retained OneLinkUS order rows. External payment and fulfillment providers may retain records under their own policies and applicable obligations.

If you cannot finish deletion

The account page identifies unresolved subscriptions, orders, or return requests that need attention. Linked Youth accounts may require guardian approval. An owner account requires transfer of owner authority. If you cannot sign in or complete the displayed steps, open Support for assistance; do not send your password or payment credentials.

After deletion, signing up with the same email creates a new account. Deleted account history does not automatically return.
